Ghatte ka pulao with boondi raitha


Take gram flour little omam, chilli powder, 2 spoons curd, salt.

Mix them and mould it like chapathi atta with little water if required.

Shape it like a snake and cut 1 inch pieces.

Now in another vessel bring water to a boil and put these cut pieces.

Once they get cooled they will float on top. Drain the water and keep them aside.

This is ghatte. In a pan, fry cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, green chillies in ghee.

Then add cooked ghatte, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry for some time.

Now add the salted cooked rice to this pan and mix well.

Garnish with coriander. That's it.
