Chettinad Eral thokku



1/2 kg prawns

2 onions

2 tomatoes

1 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste

2 Green chilies

Curry leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Turmeric powder

chilli powder

Jeera powder

Coriander powder

salt to taste


Take a saucepan add some gingely oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of mustard and fennel seeds curry leaves.

Once the mustard sprouts add chopped onions, tomatoes ,chilies and sauté well.

Now add all the masala powders And close it with a lid and cook it for two minutes.

Finally add the prawns and half a glass of water and cook it for 10 minutes.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
