one cup rice one cup ulundhu soak.

Grind with very little water adding curd.

After grinding add required amount of pepper jeera,sukku,salt and mix well.

Pour in to tumblers and boil like how u boil for idlies.

Yummy Delicious Kanchipuram Idly ready to be served with any kind of chutneys or podi .
