1 cup Chana Dal.
4 to 5 red chilies.
Three pieces of garlic.
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.
2 to 3 onions
Salt to taste.
Required amount of oil to fry.
Fresh curry leaves and fresh mint leaves.


Soak the Channa dal for 2 to 3 hours.
