Methi paratha



1 cup Vendhiya keerai

1 cup atta

2 green chillies

Small ginger

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Half a teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon oil

Half a teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Two teaspoons thick yoghurt


Take the chopped greens and mix it with one cup of atta and all the above ingredients together and make it into a Chapati batter.

Now heat a Tawa and spread the batter into a triangle shape and apply some ghee.

Now toast the parathas both sides on a low flam.

Yummy methi paranthas are ready.
