Paruppu Adai


3 glass of boiled rice, 1 cup (Dhoor) Sambar dhal & Channa Dhal red chillies (according to your spiciness).

Soak rice separately & Dhal as well the red chillies for 4 to 5 hours.

Grind it.

Later add roasted musturd seeds, urad dhal , onion & curry leaves to the batter.

Add required amount of salt & water to make the batter thicker to make Adai.

Serve with coconut chutney
