Prawn Biriyani



Biriyani for three members :half a KG prawns (big size )two glasses of Basmati rice soaked for 30 minutes, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder,Three cloves, cinnamon, one Bayleaf, 1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste ,three onions ,three tomatoes, 1 cup of mint leaves, 1 cup coriander leaves ,2 teaspoons of coriander powder ,half a cup curd one lemon.


Take a saucepan pour some oil ,put few cloves ,cinnamon ,bay leaves andsauté well. Add chopped onions ,tomatoes ,ginger garlic paste and sauté well.

Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt , a cup of curd ,one spoon lemon juice, prawns and the soaked Basmati rice to it.

Mix it well and pressure cook for five minutes.

The yummy prawn biryani is ready to be served.
